Grilled chicken Tex-Mex

• Grilled chicken breast, avocado, red onions, red chilli, lemon juice, coriander, black rice, tender stem broccoli, cherry tomato, black beans, cider vinegar, salt, black pepper.

Dressing (in a separate container)

•  Alpro yogurt(SOY), lemon juice, lemon balm, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. 

The food can kept for up to 3 days in the fridge (Best Before Date is stamped at the bottom of the box).

The food can be micowaved in the box if you want it hot. Make sure you remove the dressing container before microwaving.
